Overthinking
I am sure you must have heard about this problem. You might suffering from this problem. yes it a big problem that can not be cured by any medicine or drug.
It affects your personal happy life and career. It destroys your brain from inside. you have no any control upon yourself. it worsen your inner quality. you are being avoided by the society.
In this issue, you start thinking and keep thinking for a long time. after a while you realize that what I was doing. Your mind can never be Idle if you are a over-thinker.
Your whole brain is occupied by useless thoughts. it may of past or future. these thoughts are absolutely unrealistic. n That's why you are negative. Every moment through which you are passing is being converted into an unrealistic thought.
If you are suffering from Overthinking then I can say that you are introvert and dont talk too much.
How you can get rid of this problem......................................
When you realize that you are thinking, notice what are you thinking, Is it relating to upcoming plans or it is going to help ?. Once you start noticing you will feel that these thoughts are useless. it never gonna help you. Stop at that point of time. Repeat this all the time.
You can start introspecting. who you are. why you are. how you are.
move your concentration somewhere else, when you start thinking.
