how should be the Boss-Employee conduct.
Boss should be a Leader instead of Dictator. Boss is mostly dependent on Employees Job and Employee is totally dependent on Job.
Employee should do his job as if it is his own job. And Boss should reward Employee as if he is him.
Whenever This relation breaks bad time for both starts.
