Why we Should Leave Job and start something own.
Staying in a job for lifetime is Not a good Idea.
Stability
Doing a Job is not stable. every month we think that I should Leave the job. Company will keep you with them until you are giving them profit of twice or thrice of your salary.
If you have your own business. it is stable. you will never think of leaving this because it is your own. you will make your own profit.
Efforts
you will put your effort more than you ever can. because you have the pressure of your boss. it is human behavior that they dont do required things until someone force them.
If you Have your own Business you will put the same even more effort than in a Job. You will be happy in doing so. because putting your own effort from heart never make you feel tired it will delight your heart instead.
Existence
You do not have anything if you are in a job except the salary which gets vanish at the end of the month. when you will reach at last few year of your life you wont have anything of your own.
But if you setup something of your own then finally you will have a big running company at the same age. where you will be giving livelihood to thousands of people. and this is your occupation for which you will be known to people. you will have identity.
Growth
Everyone knows how much growth is there in a job. it is same as savings accounts interest on your money. you will spend 5 years then you can say that "yes, I have Grown"
In your own job Growth is totally depends upon You. definitely there will be ups and downs but in average you will grow for sure. Ups and Downs are the phases of life and yes this is called life.
Future.
If you did Job in your whole life, You have to face embarrassment of you descendant. when you don't left anything for them.
Whereas, You will end up Leaving an empire for your descendant. for which they will be thankful to you.
Staying in job for lifetime is Good when you Put all your effort for job and you are happily doing this.
